CAPS 2017 ‘Kid’ Earth Day Ad

April 17, 2017 – Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) launched TV and radio spots across Los Angeles suggesting California implement policies to slow mass immigration, slow population growth and save some California for future generations. The ads are scheduled to run through Earth Day.
