Water stations are luring you into a dangerous situation, maybe death.
Come through the port of entry and you won't die entering our country.
Why risk your life in the desert?
You can use the water fountain at the office at the POE to get a cool drink of water if you need one. Or, buy a soda and a sandwich from any of the many businesses just yards from the border.
Come and enjoy America.
Comprende?
Rick you need to say that in SPANISH, not in ENGLISH. You need to put signs up in Mexico to say the American Dream is just a dream and the streets are not made of gold. The coyotes or “polleros” will just lie to and tell the undocumented immigrants anything to get across to United States by saying it is a short walk for two thousand dollars.
The coyotes or “polleros” will tell the undocumented immigrants can start working for eight dollars an hour or more verses five dollars a day in Mexico, Honduras, or Guatemala. You can buy a car instead of riding a bus or walking. Your home will have windows, in door plumbing with hot water and electricity. Your diet will not be eggs, beans and tortilla in the morning; tortilla, beans and eggs at lunch; and for dinner a burrito with beans and eggs but instead you can eat at McDonalds or the Burger King.
I like the fountain touch, but most enclaves fountains can be found for water, the trouble here, the water must be carried to their home and maybe up a hill.
Rick you offer a simple solution but like the American Dream, your solution is just a dream.
Rick you are living the lure, the American Dream and most of us take it for granted. I have three cars, a motorhome, two homes - one for the summer and one for the winter. Is that the American Dream? Signed by Ray Askins
