To Obama’s Nephew Onyango, Drunken Driving and Immigration Violations Are Laughing Matters

Published on October 4th, 2011

As expected, President Barack Obama’s nephew Onyango Obama has been granted administrative amnesty. Uncle Onyango, an illegal alien visa overstayer had been arrested in August in Framingham, MA. on drunken driving and other related charges. According to his attorney P. Scott Bratton, Onyango is back at work as a liquor store clerk, a job most unemployed Americans would gladly take.

Apparently, drunken driving and violating several immigration laws are  laughing matters to Onyango. According to Boston Herald reporter John Zaremba’s account, Onyango spent his 30-second court appearance "giggling."

Zaremba’s further reported that Onyango : "… had a valid driver’s license and Social Security card when he was arrested last month, was in the U.S. illegally having already faced a 1992 deportation order. Immigration officials have ordered him to ‘check in’ with them." [President’s Illegal Uncle Giggles in Court, by John Zaremba, Boston Herald, September 29, 2011]

Knowledgeable ICE officials took note that Onyango could have returned to work in possession of an I-765 form for "individuals who are temporarily in the United States and eligible for employment authorization…"

In 2008, Obama’s Auntie Zeituni—another illegal alien who had been living in Boston federal housing for years—won her appeal for amnesty.

Being related to the president, supposedly the nation’s chief law enforcement officer, is obviously a great thing for illegal aliens.
